Estia Building Maintenance Services Inc. is an incorporated building service contractor focused on providing top-knotch, closely supervised, janitorial services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Estia’s clients benefit from the experience of its cofounders: Jim Gallos, our President, established and successfully grew Apollo 8 into a successful company that serviced such industry giants as Oxford Properties Limited, Canderel, Bentall Kennedy and more; Cathy Pejovic’s expertise is earned through hands-on provision and supervision of operational efforts for a multitude of clients.
